We always search for you free of charge. Only then do you choose: sign directly with the landlord or everything through us – with no effort on your side.

Placement
We find the accommodation and put you in touch with the landlord. Tenancy agreement and rent go directly between you and the landlord.
10 % service fee

What does the accommodation search cost?+
The search request is free and non-binding. You only pay when you book: 10 % of the rent for placement, or 15 % on top of the rent if everything goes through us – each plus statutory VAT.
Why is option B more expensive?+
Because we take on more: we sign the contract with the landlord, pay him, are liable to him and are your only contact person. You receive one invoice from us and don't have to take care of anything else.
Who is my contracting party for the rent?+
You decide: with placement it is the respective landlord – we act as a licensed real estate agent (permit under § 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act). If everything goes through us, we are your contracting party: one contract, one invoice, one contact person.
In which regions do you search?+
All over Germany. In the Rhineland – between Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn – we also have four accommodations of our own for 2 to 28 people.
How quickly do we get offers?+
With a firm commitment: if your search request arrives on a working day by 12 noon, you get an answer by 6 pm on the next working day, otherwise one working day later. Always – with suitable offers or honest feedback. Then you decide whether we keep searching. For short-notice jobs, it is best to call us directly.
For large teams too?+
Yes. We never say no: we spread larger crews across several accommodations near the job site.
Do you work with every company?+
No. Our capacity is deliberately limited – we work with a manageable number of reputable companies so that every job works out.
